The AABPS Mentoring Program fosters supportive and professional relationships aimed at career guidance and development. All participants must be active members of AABPS while participating in the mentoring program, committing to a minimum of one year of engagement.
Mentees are students, early-career professionals, or individuals seeking career transitions within academia, industry, government, consulting, or other relevant sectors in pharmaceutical sciences or allied disciplines.
